Mission
Nantucket Town Association's (NTA) mission is to promote, through charitable and educational means, the preservation of the historic and natural environment of the Town of Nantucket and the improvement of the quality of living and general welfare of its residents and visitors.
NTA is the neighborhood association for Nantucket homeowners and residents – full-time and seasonal – who live within approximately 1-1/2 miles of the Pacific Bank Building at the top of downtown Main Street.
We are involved in the important issues being addressed by Town government so we can keep our members informed. Often we provide financial and volunteer assistance to projects that our members think are in the best interest of all Nantucketers.
NTA is the largest of 24 area associations under the umbrella of the Nantucket Civic League.
